Dominion is the base where Doc Terror, Hacker (and Amber occasionally) constantly concoct plans against the Centurions on their ultimate goal to take over the world. Hidden under the mountains of Greenland, this base is equipped with a manufacturing facility that creates all the Battle Borgs used on battle. During the events of "The Better Half", Uniborg became the ruler of Dominion expelling both Terror and Hacker and during the "Man or Machine" saga, Gog took control of the facility in its final attempt of eliminating mankind and replace it with robots.
