The Sky Bolt (or Skybolt) a heavily armed fighter-jet Air Assault Weapon System, used by Ace McCloud for reconnaissance and air superiority; it's armed with a single pulse laser cannon, two rotating heat-seeking missiles, and two "Galactic Missiles" (mounted on both sides of the forward nose cone) that can be used to take out air and land targets and deliver a high destructive capability. Sometimes, it's combined together with the Orbital Interceptor's propulsion system and life-support helmet for extra-atmospheric or high-altitude applications. Skybolt is also equipped with a cloaking device that's sometimes utilized with the Orbital Interceptor as well.
